Q: How will I know if my account is already activated?
A: A confirmation status will appear on your dashboard once you've completed all required details and set your permanent username.
Commissions & Encashment
Q: When will my commission be credited?
A: Commissions are credited once the order's delivery status is marked as DELIVERED and the payment status is PAID. (You can check the Encashment page for payout schedules.)
Q: How do I encash my earnings?
A: Simply go to Encashment in your dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions, and select your preferred payout method.

A: No. After you set your permanent username during activation, it can no longer be changed.
